Authentication and session management, security protections (CSRF, fraud prevention), rate limiting and abuse prevention, load balancing and core infrastructure reliability, and remembering cookie preferences. These cannot be turned off — if you disable them, parts of the Services may not work.

Remembering language or region settings, UI preferences (theme, layout), and certain account settings on the website.

Pages and screens viewed, session timing and performance measurements, error events and stability metrics — measured in aggregated or pseudonymous form. Used to improve the Platform only.

Detecting suspicious logins or account activity, preventing abuse, spam, automated scraping, and bot traffic, enforcing rate limits, and protecting users and the integrity of the Services.

If you opt in to marketing emails, we may use tracking pixels or similar technologies to measure whether an email was opened, whether links were clicked, and delivery engagement metrics. We do not use the content of your chats, uploads, or generated output for marketing.

7.1 — Cookie banner and consent

Depending on your location, we may show a cookie banner or settings tool. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before using optional cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are used to provide the Services and are not optional.

7.2 — Cookie settings and withdrawing consent

Where we provide cookie controls, you can update your choices at any time through a "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer or within your account settings. Withdrawing consent applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before it was withdrawn.

7.3 — Browser controls

7.4 — Do Not Track signals

Some browsers offer Do Not Track signals. The Services do not respond to Do Not Track signals in a uniform way because there is no consistent industry standard for interpretation. We provide cookie controls as described above, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7.5 — Mobile app controls

Your device operating system may provide privacy controls for certain permissions. EVERWITH does not use third-party advertising SDKs for behavioral advertising, but device settings may impact optional analytics or crash reporting features.
